2022 Diwali Sneha Sammelan

“Diwali” is unique as the most popular festival in India so is the ‘Diwali Sneha Sammelan’ symbolizing universal brotherhood and harmony.
The fete was organized on 22nd October 2022 at Bhavan’s Sri Venkateswara Vidyalaya grounds.

The sammelan was inaugurated by Dr. N. Satyanarayana Raju, Hon. Director & Treasurer, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Tirupati in the midst of students and staff at 2.30 p.m. The campus appeared bright with illumination. 40 stalls of eatables and games were put up by the students of High school.
The visitors tasted the delicacies and tried the challenging games and were thrilled watching students advertise and trade effectively. This is one of the brightest opportunities for children to develop their innate potential and enhance their communicative skills. It also inculcates a loving attitude towards all customers.

Grandparents, parents, and Grandchildren were brought on to one platform to rejuvenate and reinforce the valuable relationship. ‘Home Decors Competition’ for parents was conducted in the morning at 9.00 a.m., ‘Floral Carpet Competitions’ and many more competitions were conducted for students. The prizes for the Winners were given away by the day’s Chief Guest Smt. S.Bhargavi, I.A.S., Joint Executive Officer, (Health & Education), Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, Tirupati.
The audience with delicious eatables, and buzzing advertisements, in tune with the festive spirit, was allured by the talented budding musicians of the school.

Dr.N.Satyanarayana Raju, Hon.Director & Treasurer, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Tirupati Kendra, in his Presidential Address stated that this event aims at promoting Leadership qualities and good behavior among students. He appreciated and congratulated the stallholders, teachers, and the Principal for their persistent efforts. He also emphasized that Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan has always been given importance to ‘Bharatiya Vidya’. Speaking on this occasion, the distinguished Guest – Smt. S.Bhargavi, I.A.S., appreciated the theme and efforts of the students. She lauded the dedication and services rendered by the School Director and the Principal. She added saying that “imparting education is divine and she would always give her support to those who strive for it”. She highlighted the bookstall comprising valuable books promoting ‘Sanathana Dharma’.
The Music concert and the cultural programmes have been the special attractions of the day.

The event was graced by the members of the Executive Committee, the School Managing Committee, the Alumni of the School, Parents, and denizens of Tirupati town.
