Bhavan’s Day was observed in the morning assembly on 30.12.2022 to mark the birth anniversary of K M Munshiji who founded Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in 1938. Earlier, Dr. N Satyanarayana Raju, our Hony. Director and Treasurer garlanded Munshiji’s bust on our school campus.
The School Management Members, Principal, Vice Principals, Teachers and Apex Body Members paid floral tribute to K M Munshiji’s portraits. A student of Class IX has given a speech on Munshiji’s vision and mission. A video was shown highlighting the cultural activities carried on in our school. Students sang Bhavan’s Anthem. While addressing the students, our Director lauded Dr. K.M. Munshi as a “versatile personality”, “a philosopher in action” ,“a man of great ideas and great courage” and “multi-faceted genius”. He urged the students to dedicate themselves to promote the cause of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. The programme ended up with National Anthem.
