Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s

We celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm. Dr. N. Satyanarayana Raju, our Director, emphasized making Yoga a daily practice. Teachers and students of Class IX & X demonstrated various asanas and pranayamas, highlighting Yoga’s benefits for physical and mental well-being. Various activities were organized, including competitions like essay writing, recitation, and lectures, to help students understand the importance of yoga.
